When you place an order through www.timduke-uk.com you are making an offer to timduke-uk.com to purchase the item(s) detailed in your order. You are also allowing us to use the information supplied by you in order to process that order. Once you have placed an order with us a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address. We reserve the right to change information on this website, including but not limited to pricing, product specifications and any services we provide. We update our site regularly and try hard to ensure availability of all items on our website, but inevitably some items may sell out more quickly than expected. We will endeavour to inform you immediately if any ‘limited edition canvases’ are no longer available you may wish to choose an alternative canvas. Your use of any information or material on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. PRICING
All prices displayed on the website exclude VAT at the current rate and will be applied if required in the cart. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, and by law we do not have to sell any items advertised on this website if the price from our suppliers has changed since we last updated this website. We do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen.

PAYMENTS
When placing your order you will be taken to our secure payment gateway to enter your credit/debit card details which are encrypted within the PayPal system. We do not have access to this information.

PRINT QUALITY AND IMAGE LONGEVITY
Giclée canvas prints: should in the right conditions, not fade for at least 100 years, if kept out of direct sunlight. Archival paper prints: the inks should not fade for at least 70 years, you may get a slight dis-colour to the white of the paper over the years, but if framed it should be fine. Both canvas and paper will be effected by a direct heat source such as a radiator or fire, this may reduce the longevity of the canvas or a framed paper print. Ideally keep your print away from any heat sources. Do not hang a canvas in a damp environment such as bathroom as moisture could damage the canvas frame or the ink.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order within 3 working days (after receiving a confirmation e-mail from us) we will refund you within 30 days. if you cancel after 3 working days you will be liable for a 20% administration charge. If you do cancel after the 3 working days any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days excluding the 20% administration charge.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRINTS OR FRAMES
Every print is made to order, we cannot exchange items unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Should you find that your order is faulty or damaged in anyway, we will replace it as quickly and efficiently as possible. We send the canvases and the framed prints packaged, in their own bespoke corrugated cardboard boxes. Designed specifically for them. They are 2 ply thick (3mm x 2 = 6mm) and have internal padding (1 ply 3mm) to protect the inner canvas. The large frames also have a hardboard back sheet for extra protection.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
For international customers outside the UK mainland (inc. The Channel Islands) customs charges may be levied when the parcel reaches your country and must be borne by you.
