BURNHAM-ON-SEA PAVILION – WARM SLUMBER
A warm reflective image of the Burnham-on-Sea pavilion, a night scene, looking out over the beach after a storm in Somerset England. The image is created in warm Browns and yellows with washes of purple, green, orange and reds. The pier is reflected in a pool of water left after the winter storm. Alongside the water are the steps which are part of the sea defence built in the late eighties. In the sky the clouds slip away into the night, a flock of birds fly back from sheltering from the storm. This is one of a pair Warm Slumber and Cool Slumber…
